Context

American Express reached out to Narrators to drive awareness and engagement among existing American Express® Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card members, in celebration of 25 years of partnership. The campaign also aimed to encourage genuine, lifestyle-driven sign-ups for the KFA credit card.

Strategy

Narrators engaged a curated pool of influencers with strong local followings and a natural affinity for travel and lifestyle content. Each creator was tasked with producing an Instagram Reel that delivered authentic storytelling, showcasing real-life moments, travel aspirations, and the unique benefits of the KrisFlyer Ascend Card. The content was designed to feel relatable and aspirational, reinforcing the card’s value in an organic, narrative-led way.

Results

Five creators were carefully selected for the campaign, representing a combined audience of 302K followers. Their content generated 202K organic views and an impressive 2,452 organic shares, driving strong engagement and reinforcing the card’s relevance among loyal and potential members.
