Context

Pinterest, the visual discovery platform, sought to increase its awareness and user adoption in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. To achieve this, Pinterest partnered with Narrators to roll out the Pinterest Creator Program, a strategic initiative aimed at engaging creators at scale and driving a surge in pin creation.

Strategy

Narrators spearheaded the recruitment of 250 creators, each committed to producing 8 pins per month over a 6-month period. This approach ensured a steady influx of fresh, high-quality content, specifically tailored to maximize visibility and engagement across Pinterest’s target audience across the target markets.

Results

Although the Pinterest Creator Program is still in progress, it has already demonstrated remarkable momentum. All 250 creators were successfully identified and onboarded in under a month, showcasing the program’s efficiency and appeal. To date, the initiative has yielded 5,500 pins, a clear testament to the creators’ active engagement and commitment. This robust content generation is setting the foundation for long-term growth and adoption across the target markets.
