Market(s): Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines

Context

In late 2024, Pinterest partnered with Narrators to launch and scale its Creator Program across Asia-Pacific, starting with Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The goal: grow creator engagement, increase organic content on the platform, and drive user adoption in key markets where Pinterest is rapidly gaining traction.

Strategy

Narrators led end-to-end execution of the Pinterest Creator Program, from recruiting and onboarding to content tracking and community management. The initiative targeted 250 creators across high-interest verticals like Home, Beauty, and Fashion, with each creator producing consistent content over a six-month period. Following early success, the program expanded to Vietnam, Thailand, and South Korea, continuing with localised execution supported by Narrators’ tech and regional teams.

Results

  • 291 creators onboarded across Singapore (68), Malaysia (102), and the Philippines (124).
  • More than 12,500 organic pins generated in Phase 1.
  • Expanded rollout into three additional APAC markets in 2025.
  • Built a scalable, culturally relevant creator ecosystem delivering long-term platform value.

This partnership highlights Narrators’ ability to activate creators at scale and drive meaningful results across diverse markets in Asia.
