Context

Atome, a leading buy-now-pay-later platform, approached Narrators to increase brand awareness and app downloads in Malaysia. The goal was to leverage social media influencers to highlight the convenience and benefits of using the Atome app.

Strategy

Twelve creators were recruited to create engaging Instagram Reels showcasing the Atome app in action. Each creator visited a participating merchant, used the Atome app for their purchase, and encouraged their followers to download the app to join a giveaway. To keep the campaign dynamic and fresh, new briefs and requirements were introduced each month, assigning the creators tasks based on these updates.

Results

The campaign exceeded the contracted KPIs, garnering 120K engagements. By leveraging highly relevant and influential creators to showcase the app’s features and promote the giveaway, it successfully drove significant engagement and interest in the Atome app among Malaysian users.
