Context

Agoda, one of the world’s fastest growing online travel booking platforms, partnered with Narrators to launch their regional campaign, “Agoda Beach Ready,” targeting three markets: Malaysia, Philippines, and South Korea. The campaign aimed to create engaging travel content during the challenging COVID-19 period, inspiring people to stay safe and optimistic while keeping Agoda as their preferred choice for future trips.

Strategy

To bring the campaign to life, 27 lifestyle content creators were carefully selected. They were tasked with recreating their own version of a beach holiday at home, encouraging their audience to do the same. The objective was to combat the boredom of COVID-19 and the inability to travel by creating a virtual beach experience.

Results

The Agoda x Narrators campaign achieved remarkable results, surpassing the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The campaign garnered an impressive reach of 1.3 million people and generated 44K engagements, indicating a high level of interest and interaction. The content created by the influencers was fun, engaging, and resonated well with their respective audiences.
