Influencer Marketing Case Study: POSB
Context
POSB collaborated with Narrators to identify micro-influencers for their campaign aimed at achieving the following goals: sustaining the promotion for the newly launched product, encouraging the adoption and trial of the PAssion POSB Debit Card, and fostering positive brand affinity for POSB.
Strategy
1 Instagram influencer and 3 TikTokers were selected to promote the PAssion POSB Debit Card’s distinctive features, such as the ease of reaching spending goals and receiving 5% cashback when shopping online. The campaign focused on producing fresh and engaging content to encourage followers to try the card.
Results
The campaign for the PAssion POSB Debit Card was a huge success, generating a total of 871K engagements. It exceeded expectations and helped create positive brand affinity for POSB.
