Context

Jetstar, the Australian low-cost airline, decided to tap into the power of influencer marketing for its 2022 initiatives in Singapore. To do so, they reached out to Narrators to manage the entire process, from influencer discovery and recruitment to campaign tracking and reporting.

Strategy

The first campaign, “Jetstar Children’s Day,” involved family content creators to showcase family-friendly travel offers through IG reels, stories, and static posts. In its second campaign, Jetstar aimed to boost Club Jetstar sign-ups by leveraging influencers to communicate the exclusive perks of membership. This strategic approach not only promoted Jetstar’s offerings but also fostered a community of engaged travelers.

Results

The campaigns resulted in 400K engagements, reaching a total of 1.5M followers. The success of the campaign not only promoted Jetstar’s offerings but also solidified its prominence in the travel landscape, establishing the airline as a go-to choice for family-friendly and engaging travel experiences.
